In cooperation with you, we will develop a suitable profile of requirements for your corporate mobility of the future:
- We will advise you on-site in order to respond individually to your operational situation
- You will receive a detailed implementation concept, to turn your company fleet into an electrified vehicle fleet
- Benefit from comprehensive subsidies: Implementation concepts for companies receive 50% (max. 15,000 €) of funding from the State of NRW.
Phase 1
The analysis of the current situation is a detailed inventory of the following fields of action:
- Analysis of the vehicle fleet
- Analysis of the LIS
- Analysis of the location
- Analysis of other networks, institutions and X-Selling
- Identification of relevant funding programmes
Phase 2
Definition of objectives:
The company has decided to turn the fleet into a strategic and sustainable one. This is the reason why ENERGY ENGINEERS aims to understand the ambition for the company’s decision. Furthermore, ENERGY ENGINEERS will offer all the advantages of electric mobility to the company. Together we will define targets for electrifying your company fleet.
Phase 3
Development of solutions:
Energy Engineers develops cost efficient solutions tailored to your company and identifies the necessary technologies (e.g. charging infrastructure, vehicles), that are based on the actual state (phase1) and the company´s needs (phase2). In addition, potential calculations for the electrification of the vehicle fleet as well as cost curves of different scenarios are going to be prepared.
Phase 4
Holistic approach
We pursue a holistic approach from strategic and technological consulting, through operative project management, to the success control of the action guidelines presented in the electro-mobility concept. Therefore, – if desired – we will accompany you during the implementation of the implementation guideline.
